Chef Nathaniel Landry is the co-owner and executive chef of BayouNOLA at The Garage on King. He was born and raised in the Hollygrove area of inner-city New Orleans, Louisiana. Nathaniel was trained by his grandfather, the late Chef Walter Landry. Chef Walter worked at several of New Orleans top restaurants including Arnaud’s Restaurant and The Camellia Grille. Chef Nathaniel and his wife Tracy began BayouNOLA as a “Ghost Restaurant” based out of ChefScape Kitchen in Leesburg, Virginia. The couple now resides in Charles Town, WV. Their son Chef Andrew is the general manager and the face most customers will see when visiting BayouNOLA at The Garage on King. Chef Nathaniel is a graduate of the prestigious all male academy St. Augustine High School, Xavier University of Louisiana where he earned a BS in Biochemistry, and Warren National University where he holds a PhD in Management Information Systems.
