With almost fifteen years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Allan Brown started his
journey at The Art Institute of Washington in Arlington, VA. After graduating, Chef Allan
established a love affair with the finer side of dining.


After a couple of years working in NOVA alongside some of the most talented chefs in the D.C. area, he returned to the Shenandoah Valley. Here he began fine-tuning his skill set and has since been an Executive Chef, an instructor, and Private/Personal Chef. Outside of cooking, Chef Allan Brown enjoys shenanigans with his family, gaming, and overwhelming his friends with memes and horrible dad jokes. He hopes to continue to learn, grow, and bring his love and passion for cuisine to the Shenandoah
and surrounding areas.
