For "A Night in Mexico," we invite you to share in our family’s history through the food we grew up with. Moises Mendoza, along with his mother and sister, will prepare a menu of beloved Mexican American dishes, blending traditional recipes with personal family stories. As you enjoy each course, you’ll also hear tales from our childhood, where homemade tortillas, simmering salsas, and family gatherings filled our lives with love and flavor.
